Product overview pages help relate your needs to features in the system and serve as a home page to help navigate you to other product related training tools.

Product Lessons

Step-by-step lessons teach key concepts about each SouthWare product. A lesson is a bite-sized discussion of a particular concept you need to understand. Each lesson has a targeted focus, and identifies and explains the few major points you need to grasp about the concept.

Marketing Product Briefs

View the marketing product brief for each product in PDF format (optimized for screen viewing). These files are best viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Answers to Questions

The info in ExcelAssist is accessible directly from SouthWare's context-sensitive Help function. Help is available at any time in the SouthWare Excellence Series by simply accessing normal help (F7 or Help button) and then selecting "Assist" (F3) from the help message display. This accesses the appropriate product or topic in ExcelAssist.
